Bank of America Senior Financial Analyst - Funds Transfer Pricing Team in Charlotte, North Carolina
The Trading Book Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team serve as a liaison between FTP and LOBs, responsible for all FTP methodology, analytics and reporting within purview. This candidate will join a dynamic environment that offers opportunities to gain knowledge on FTP for traded products related methodologies, reporting and analytics.
Candidate will have exposures to the Treasury teams including Treasury Finance and Strategic Asset and Liabilities Management (SALM), as well as heavy interaction with LOBs.
Support monthly FTP reporting and analytics
Interact with LOB partners, including Finance, Middle Office, and Front Office to explain FTP results and review the underlying drivers
Address FTP inquiries from LOB Finance, including understanding of FTP methodologies and FTP components
Support FTP impact analysis on business transactions and strategies
Liaison with Risk and Treasury partners to review Trading Book FTP methodologies to identify opportunities for enhancements
Review and enhance FTP process and controls, identify and implement technology solutions to improve FTPprocesses
Perform ad-hoc FTP analysis and initiatives
Requires Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
In-depth understanding of BAC financial processes
Strong analytical skills; able to tie results into story and ‘big picture’
6-8 years of relevant financial analyst experience in a large corporate environment
Advance skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Working knowledge of SQL and SmartView (Essbase)
Results oriented with demonstrated ability to drive action and sustain momentum
Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships across the organization
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal with the ability to target messaging to diverse audiences
Strong grasp of Corporate Treasury function, with funds transfer pricing or liquidity stress experience a plus
