The Scheduling Analyst will assist the Master Scheduler in the development and implementation of schedules to support client projects. Perform Program Planning and Scheduling tasks for the organization. The Scheduling Analyst will support a diverse group of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Leads in the development of program plans and schedules.


  • Facilitate project planning: prioritize tasks, set deadlines and manage deliverables

  • Analyze schedule information with the project teams and stakeholders on a weekly basis

  • Generate program plans & schedules from the earliest stages of program development through program execution

  • Develop solutions to complex problems and support the development and deployment of new techniques and tools

  • Prepare and coordinate plans and schedules for new and/or existing projects.

  • Analyze effects of projects on engineering, facilities, and construction and determine efficient methods to solve conflicts.

  • Minimum 2 years related experience in MS Project or Primavera

  • Good organizational skills and ability to effectively coordinate multiple activities.

  • Solid knowledge of MS Project; scheduling theory, techniques and methodologies; project management principles.

  • Working knowledge of critical path and other schedule risk/opportunity analysis techniques.

  • Good presentation, communication, and analytical skills

  • BS in Engineering or Construction Management, with a solid academic performance.

  • PMP Certification preferred

  • 2 plus years’ experience in scheduling, with emphasis in project controls.

  • Highly motivated, driven, and dynamic attitude towards work and career.

  • Creative problem-solving ability and a collaborative, consultancy mindset.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish is a plus.

  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks.

  • Must demonstrate a working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Primavera scheduling tools. MS Project and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques.

  • Solid skills in analysis and reasoning, good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

  • Travel is required

  • Frequently communicates with clients and coworkers and must be able to share information effectively

  • Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

  • Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently

  • Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects in sometimes high-pressure situations simultaneously

  • Travel Required

  • Usually remains stationary for the majority of the day

  • Regularly uses close visual acuity and operates computer equipment to prepare and analyze and transmit data
