Bank of America Project Manager - Strategy and Portfolio Management in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

Coordinates large-scale or complex communications projects to ensure effective, integrated and timely execution of deliverables; prepares project teams to ensure completion of assignments; oversees distribution and assessment of communications. ? Plans and coordinates engagement functions to support key transformation events through GBAMT, and provides event assistance as needed. ? Follows corporate guidelines for planning logistics, communications and branding standards. ? Actively monitors multi-channel program for upcoming communications events, including but not limited to scheduled releases ? Has proven track record of preparing materials for all levels of the organization (practitioner through to senior leadership) ? Is familiar with the various media / communications channels of which to communicate internal to Bank of America ? Has 3-5 years project management or business analyst experience ? Manage sensitive content, with significant focus from senior management ? Coordinate and support an enterprise wide priority, transforming how we deliver value through effective software development practices ? Design, build and produce senior management level reports, presentations and organizational level communications ? Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
