Bank of America Project Manager - NFRR (Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting) - Band 5 in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

The selected candidate will support NFRR (Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting) program management office governance activities with a primary focus on technology and/or non-technology project management, however responsibilities may include program management deliverables, program financial support, status reporting, JIRA administration, sharepoint and records management support and other key support activities as required. Specifically, the program office is accountable for timely, accurate and complete implementation of program deliverables within the program budget. In addition to program management activities, this role will support the operational model build of the NFRR Central Team and other analytical and administrative tasks associated with program. The project manager will work with NFRR teams, front line units/control functions with execution of key deliverables to achieve program results.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management (technical and non-technical change management)

  • Risk management(regulatory/operationalrisk)

  • Applies all aspects of program/project management: resource planning, work breakdown, risk/issue management, financial management, implementation planning, testing,training/communication,etc.

  • Knowledge of relevant change management systems and processes – JIRA, PTB/PTO, Confluence, Agile, Waterfall, DMAIC, PPRT, PCM, TIP

  • Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and identify trends,

  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence with no direct authority,

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, flexibility, adaptability, Attention to detail, Ability to learn the business partner/client's business, systems and operations; brings the voice of the business to risk processes and deliverables

  • Proficient on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project)

Desired Skills:

  • Six Sigma certification

  • PRC/ORCIT, RCSA process experience

  • Metrics/Key Control implementation

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Report Registry

  • Experience with regulatory or operational risk management
