Bank of America Enterprise Risk & Finance Technology (ERFT) is responsible for end-to-end technology solutions.
Has deep knowledge of business functions and excels leveraging this knowledge in the development of process level views of application portfolios.
Is a subject matter expert in technology and business and a thought leader for assisting lead developers and business partners in determining the current and future direction in their area.
Provides leadership and guidance on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives.
Has extensive & specific business knowledge e.g. Experience in Financial Planning/Forecasting, Stress Testing, Treasury, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Tax, as well as broad understanding of applications and systems. Translates business needs into technical requirements and ensures all systems conform to business needs and specifications.
Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.
Extremely strong Comp Sci/STEM background - including advanced data structures, algos, OS, and virtualization techniques (12 Yrs. Or more)
Strong grasp of security fundamentals and has product background
Experience in large scale enterprise application architecture and implementation
Creative individual with a track record of working on and delivering innovative tech based solutions
Develop sound technology implementation
Ability to lead the team to implement the technology solutions
Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
Ability to develop and foster a strong risk culture
Experience in dealing with vendor relationships (Amazon, Google, Cloudera, and IBM)
