Bank of America Process Design Manager - Card Network BINs in Charlotte, North Carolina
Senior role supporting Bank of America’s Bank Identification Number (BINs) and Transaction Processing Team for Consumer, Small Business, Wealth and Commercial. Associate will lead and/or provide support for various transaction processing routines and projects including network mandates, compliance monitoring, and authorization performance. Must possess strong technical and operational knowledge of card product BIN management, transaction processing, and card network (e.g. Visa) rules. Be able to understand business processes, identify problems and take logical approach on how to drive improvement. Must be able to communicate complex topics and translate between business and technology stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 7-10 years’ experience working in payment or related business technology area
Experience with Bank Identification Number (BIN) management, including card network rules
Familiarity with Payment Transaction Routing
Basic understanding of SQL
Experience preparing and presenting project updates to senior leadership
Influencing partners and driving accountability on key deliverables
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and Visio)
Self-Starter who can manage workload, project plans and deliverables
