Bank of America Enterprise Resiliency Planning - Senior Business Continuity Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

This Senior Business Continuity Manager will lead the Planning Controls & Monitoring team within the Enterprise Resiliency Planning organization. This individual will be responsible for driving simplification and consistency across the control environment within the Enterprise Resiliency Planning program. This will require the ability to lead large scale work-streams, think enterprise, interact with senior leaders, find connections in disparate processes and engage/influence across all FLUs/regions. This role will also govern changes to standards, operating procedures, and metrics as it pertains to the Controls within the Enterprise Resiliency Planning organization including the planning Quality Review, PTB/PTO, and Significant Changes processes.

  • Experience with the Continuity Planning Tool (CPT)

  • Experience with Agile development methodology

  • Knowledge of and experience with enterprise policies, programs, procedures, and systems

  • Experience managing remote teams
