KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Content Enablement Hub Lead to join our Global Collaboration & Knowledge Management organization.


  • Oversee the development and implementation of a strategic approach to content creation, optimization and deployment across the global organization

  • Work with customer Leadership (e.g. Tax) to develop a cohesive C&K (Collaboration & Knowledge) strategy and identify new areas of opportunity to drive sales and adoption of C&K products and services

  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for the business stakeholder group and key users and their teams on all matters related to C&K including identifying means to deliver value through knowledge programs and solutions

  • Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders and their teams to identify C&K needs/requirements, measures of success and obtain participation in the program from leadership and subject matter professionals

  • Maintain relationships with external providers and setting direction for acquisition strategy

  • Lead innovation projects (e.g. Intelligent Automation) that drive quality, insight, and efficiency


  • Minimum fourteen years’ of knowledge & collaboration experience; preferably from a professional services firm

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree in Information Sciences or related field preferred

  • Demonstrable experience running knowledge management programs, including content management systems and processes within a global professional services organization (e.g. portals, research services, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, pipeline)

  • Hands on experience of delivering research

  • Experience of negotiating and managing relationships with external content vendors
