Bank of America Digital Channel Manager, Small Business Digital Sales & Service Lead in Charlotte, North Carolina

In partnership with the Head of Small Business Digital Service and Sales and the overall digital team, the Small Business Digital Business Services Lead will be responsible for executing transformational programs that are focused on expanding digital adoption and client deepening.

The ideal person for this role is ready to accept any challenge and lead by example. They must be able to leverage resources across the enterprise in order to be successful.

They will partner closely with other the Digital resources, Design, Technology, Product, Servicing, Marketing, and Legal, Risk, Compliance associates to deliver results.

Candidate must have strong analytical and data manipulation skills, strong project management skills, experience working in an Agile delivery environment, and ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 or more years’ experiencesuccessfully managing and executing a large portfolio of complex projects

  • Experience directly/ indirectly leading large project teams of at least 10 or more resources

  • Proven experience directly managing project/ program budgets of at least $10M

  • Must have experience delivering presentations to a senior leadership audience through advanced Power Point skills

  • Financial Services industry experience

Desired Skills:

  • Small Business banking experience

  • Consumer Banking

  • Strong organizational and influencing skills across teams, ability to engage stakeholders, to understand change readiness, manage differences and create buy-in

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Detail oriented and strong ability to quickly identify and resolve issues

  • Proficiency with lean agile project lifecycles

  • Strong understanding of technology and digitization and how it will continue to transform the small business banking landscape

  • Direct digital experience across physical, on-line, ecommerce, mobile and virtual channels in a highly customer oriented sector

  • Experience working with Small Businesses/owning a Small Businesses/interacting with Small Businesses

  • Analyze and synthesize key themes from product analytics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive product planning.

  • Collaborate with a wide array of business and technology partners to continuously build and evolve the product vision and roadmap

  • Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs.

  • Develop business cases to support product development goals and create concise, compelling content to present and sell product concepts and business cases to senior leadership.

  • Team player who is most comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who brings strategic business acumen

  • Proactively monitor the market environment, changes inside and outside the industry, and use these observations to think “outside the box”

  • Forward thinking with a proven track record of successfully bringing next generation products, services and technologies to market

  • Listens to customer needs and makes decisions/takes actions that will help them achieve their goals

  • Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to building partnerships with others across the organization to achieve sustainable results
