Administrative Specialist

Seeking an Administrative Specialist for a large utilities company in Uptown Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule all medical clearance exams of employees as well as processing all related documentation including data entry into the DEMI system and scanning documents into the FileNet system

  • Receives medical documentation on all contract employees in the nuclear fleet and processes in the same manner

  • Field inbound inquiries to Occupational Medical Services inbox and dispositioning as appropriate

  • Coordinates with outside departments, onsite medical examination events and performs data entry and document retention

  • Process payment of invoices and purchase orders

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High school diploma / GED is required

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

2+ years similar work experience is required
