Kelly Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Charleston, West Virginia.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Mon – Fri - first shift
Temp to hire opportunity
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation\t
Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations\t
Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports\t
May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget\t
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.\tProcessing invoices\t
Attention to detail, good communication skills, team player, self-starter\t
High school graduate or GED\t
Experience in utilizing administrative office procedures, practices and equipment (i.e. business English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, letter writing, telephone technique) desirable\t
Must possess the ability to organize data and processes and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing\t
18+ months of related experience or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the classification of Administrative Associate\t
Displays good analytical and problem-solving skills\t
Demonstrated proficiency with computers and the use of office oriented software products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
