Applied Memetics LLC Program Analyst in Chantilly, Virginia
Applied Memetics LLC (AM LLC) is seeking a Program Analyst to provide on-site technical support to the Veterans Affairs (VA) administration. The successful candidate will support the Office of Information Technology (OI&T) to identify and remediate existing and future vulnerabilities.
A Program Analyst must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs. Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes. Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations.
The Analyst should be able to provide solid examples of how they have supported new initiatives and communicate lessons learned. Recommend reviewing an applicant’s current writing sample to check for appropriate use of grammar, thought process, and analytical ability. Strong writing skills are required. The ability to identify and document stakeholders is desirable.
Applicants with multi-factor authentication and PKI experience are highly sought.

-Managing appropriate access control for users and reducing out-dated personnel clearances
-Testing contingency plans for data breaches
-Providing information security training for users, contractors, volunteers
-Developing initial baseline configurations
-Improving data-center web application security
Bachelor's Degree in a Business Discipline and 5 years of experience
8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
Ability to facilitate and coordinate efforts with key government and non-government stakeholders
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Demonstrates strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Must work well within a time sensitive environment
Experience working in Federal Government environments is preferred.
