ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and mission oriented Computer Network Operations (CNO) Principal Instructor to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develops and presents complex training programs for customers and in-house employees.
Coordinates with SME’s, and staff officers to identify program needs, obtain technical data and schedules programs.
Tests trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations.
Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules.
Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.
Bachelor degree and/or at least eight years of relevant experience in lieu of formal education.
Experience in course development, preparation of materials, lesson plans, conducting lectures and facilitated discussions.
Demonstrated experience to include but not limited to IT networking, mobile and desktop operating systems (IOS, ANDRIOD, WINDOWSNIX).
Demonstrated experience three to five years with computer programming and scripting languages, information technology security products, and offensive network exploitation and collection techniques.
Experience in computer forensic analysis, data recovery, forensic imaging.
Experience and ability to function in a complex and diverse field environment.
Demonstrated go-to experts from either the Defense Department, Department of Homeland Security, FBI, IC, or other federal agencies with field experience working complex cyber challenges.
- Must possess an active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with a Polygraph.
Highly Desired Experience:
Experience in computer network operations.
Familiar with cyber security strategies and concepts.
Familiar with cyber topics to include: forensics, vulnerability testing, analysis, and incident response.
