CACI International Business Systems Analyst in Chantilly, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
Continually refine and improve the process
Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments
Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technology solution
Solicit, develop, document, and manage requirements including detailed design and business rules to support the business requirements
Understand and position solutions based on current and future business need
Work with business users to create appropriate use cases and user stories to test results ensuring quality product launches
Review system test plans and align appropriate business and IT resources for user acceptance testing
Manage the change request process to ensure that appropriate documentation is updated when change requests are adopted
Review and provide input on process design work prior to requirement adoption
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:This section should include required qualifications, including Years of Experience as outlined in the Job Leveling Guide. Remember, if your contract contains minimum Labor Category Qualifications, they must be included.
5+ years working with business requirements and/or process documentation
Advanced knowledge of the Software Design Life Cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with Requirements Management standards and best-practices
Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and build consensus
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a clearly understandable written form
Must have current Top Secret or equivalent clearance
Ability to pass a mandatory Pre-Employment drug test.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Object Oriented design
Agile team development
ITIL Foundations certification
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years related work experience
