CACI International Business System Analyst with Momentum Experience in Chantilly, Virginia
CACI is seeking a junior/mid-Business Systems Analyst who has experience with government financial management applications, specifically Momentum, to support two government agencies.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Facilitate the process to collect and define client requirements.
Provide advice and recommendations on process best practices.
Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements.
Work with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions.
Interact and communicate with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.
Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements.
Maintain deep knowledge of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum).
Perform configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions) for specific application and third-party systems.
Execute analysis, research, documentation, and testing tasks to support the maturation of the system.
Work with other team members on complex tasks and must be comfortable working individually on smaller tasks.
Interact with customers and feel comfortable facilitating discussions.
Analyze business and user needs, update and/or document requirements, and develop/execute test plans. Facilitate/Participate in customer work sessions to gather and document requirements.
Configure Momentum systems settings based on customer requirements.
Translate business requirements into test scripts; execute tests against developed systems, and document results.
Troubleshoot to determine the source of systems errors.
Find and log systems defects using software tools, including steps required to repeat, and track defects to closure.
Develop subject matter expertise for assigned Momentum subsystems or custom extensions.
Provide subject matter expertise in support of technical activities.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizen. Must have TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
Undergraduate Degree Required and 3+ year’s experience.
Experience with IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with software development lifecycle.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Self starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
Ability and initiative to set goals and execute.
Experience with Financial Management Systems, specifically Momentum Financials.
