Responsibilities

COME JOIN US as we seek a dynamic RN for our Nursery Department. The perfect candidate will assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill neonate and infant patient populations.

The MATERNAL CHILD HEALTH department Chandler Regional Medical Center is composed of three units: Labor and Delivery, Family Centered Care and Special Care Nursery. Our department has a strong focus on staff empowerment. We have a number of staff driven committees that work with management to achieve excellence in patient care. The MCH department has won a number of awards related to patient safety. All staff is encouraged and supported to pursue higher education in the form of additional degrees and/or certifications.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

One year level IIEQ or III NICU experience.

ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent.

NCC certification in low risk neonatal nursing.

Current AZ State RN License in good standing.

Current BLS card. NRP certification or NRP Instructor. S.T.A.B.L.E. preferred within 2 years of hire.
