Act as site manager for Displays, Client Peripherals, Software and Services POS and APOS
Manage the day-to-day execution of site changes, offer updates, quality fixes, merchandising placement, partner messaging etc. using ticket-request tools, and ensuring execution with all stakeholders
Optimize and quality assure SnP and Services content on all Dell.com in EMEA; manage the purchase path, deliver merchandising of offers according to briefing and oversee offer positioning and messaging
Support P&L owners in the business to optimize performance through tactical site merchandising activity and site development initiatives. Conduct tests to improve the way Dell merchandises and sells online
Work in virtual teams with merchandising and marketing teams, product teams, offline etc. Be able to own projects and deliver a complete end to end process
Working with global teams, technology teams to drive minor and major site changes
Participate in Online roadmap planning – by providing shopping lists of short / medium / long-term requirements to support improved performance online in the region – or to support delivery of marketing objectives
Fluent English essential
Excellent team player, contributor and supporter with strong attention to detail, drive for results and the ability to self-motivate
Experience in technology marketing and delivering effective messaging online
Solid understanding of the online business and ability to think outside the box creatively
Process and project management experience with ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously
Ability to effectively handle multiple ad-hoc requests or projects and operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Excellent people and communication skills – the role involves liaising and negotiating with multiple stakeholders
Another language skills are an advantage (French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Swedish)
Business related degree preferred
Industry certifications are an advantage
Competitive industry knowledge is a plus
Minimum of 8 years work experience – ideally with significant mix of experience in the online space
Salary starting from: 1925 EUR gross/month
