What you?ll do on a typical day:

nn


+ Prepare customs entries for all shipments to be submitted to and released from U.S. Customs in a timely manner

n

+ Review documents to check for accuracy and ensure compliance with customs regulations

n

+ Create invoices for duty and entry charges to be sent to the billing department.

n

+ Store files or enter information into system

n

+ Develop and maintain customer profiles

n

+ Manage daily tracking report for open shipments

n


What you need to succeed at XPO:

nn

At a minimum, you?ll need:

nn


+ High school diploma or equivalent

n

+ 3 years of Customs Brokerage experience

n

+ Analytical, communication, and time management skills

n

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and MS Project

n


It?d be great if you also have:

nn


+ Associate degree in Business or Logistics

n

+ 5 years of experience in Customs Brokerage

n
