Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Job Description

As a Program/Project Manager in the Reverse Supply Chain Operations (RSCO) Team, you will drive Supply Chain projects across multiple organizations within and beyond Supply Chain Operations (SCO).

Lead cross-functional teams from Supply Chain Operations (SCO) and work closely with Business Process Architecture and Training (BPAT) Team and Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) to identify and get resolution on software development projects. The candidate will be a Functional Expert. Projects will consist of a single business need delivered over a few weeks as well as complex system implementations and upgrades. Will be responsible for driving the project end-to end, from definition to a successful deployment that delivers quality solutions and tangible business results, while keeping senior management and business teams engaged and informed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, manage, and lead key projects involving multiple organizations within and beyond Supply Chain Operations to drive and deliver Supply Chain project recovery.

  • Manage project plans and deliverables on a day-to-day basis.

  • Drive project issues to resolution. Escalate when necessary to management and senior executives.

  • Manage activities of supporting project teams, internal and external teams, and ensures alignment with RSCO and SCO strategies.

  • Communicate project progress, escalations, and issue analysis and resolution to stakeholders; collaborate with business partners and suppliers.

  • Review and evaluate projects for compliance with project management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall project management quality and results for the organization.

Desired Skills & Experience

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • Minimum 5 years experience leading programs/projects, ideally in Supply Chain environment
