Summary: This intern would help Infrastructure Applications Engineering ensure systems and applications are maintained, supported, and upgraded based on industry best practices and established company standards, policies, and procedures with keen attention to the quality of service and deliverables produced for clients. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and will strive to learn the best practices of cloud deployments, IAM systems and security. Documentation will be an important activity for this individual.
Stakeholder collaboration and coordination of patching activities, Documentation of environments and processes, learn about Azure / AWS / GCP / Identity Management and help us as we migrate services to the Cloud.
Inventory management and warranty validation of legacy systems
Microsoft Exchange Online admin tasks
Scheduling feedback sessions for team and stakeholders
Required Skills: Microsoft Suite of Productivity tools
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Azure / AWS / GCP / Identity Management, Strong communications skills. (Verbal and written), A focus on Value and Quality
