Job Title: Recruiting Associate

Work Hours: First shift, M-F

Pay Rates: $17-19/hour

Job description

Supports the organization’s business objectives by participating in the sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and hiring of high-quality candidates. Assists the recruitment staff in the execution of assigned searches, while participating in learning and training activities.

  1. Supports the recruitment staff in the execution of search activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and hiring).

  2. Processes candidates through different recruitment stages through the BrassRing applicant tracking system (TalentConnect) following defined procedures.

  3. Builds sourcing capabilities to identify, attract and secure passive candidates. This includes internet searching, networking and other techniques.

  4. Gains awareness and knowledge of government regulations to operate within legal human resource guidelines.

  5. Develops initial partnering relationships with internal clients.

  6. Attends training and participates in targeted self-development programs to build recruitment capabilities and become highly knowledgeable about the business and functional areas as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree: Business Admin., Human Resources or related area. Masters degree a plus.

• Requires a minimum of one (1) year of experience in HR, recruitment or other related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exhibits integrity and honesty, a strong work ethic and personal motivation.
