Job Purpose:

This is a Level 1 Helpdesk position on an application support team. Individual will be responsible for assisting internal users with obtaining a general understanding of application processes/workflow; answering basic questions; performing data entry and escalating concerns when/if appropriate.

Job Background:

This position requires the individual to operate within a team environment and work closely with other groups within the business and throughout TI.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist global user base with application function and usage issues

• Respond to known connectivity request process questions

• Escalate to appropriate teams where applicable

• Provide bulk data entry service and support

• Provide request verification service and support

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:

• Service Center experience is a plus

• General understanding of networking concepts

• Knowledge of using standard MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or last year IT students preferred
