We are looking for a Third Party Risk Analyst for our Team within the Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) organization.
Who we are? Our Team provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and quality control oversight to businesses across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes and operating procedures in order to execute robust risk management activities throughout the third-party management life cycle.
Third Party Risk Analyst
Supporting third-party selection process through evaluation of different questionnaires for insurance coverage, HR Management, Subcontractor reliance, corporate responsibilities, etc.
Conduct different research activities, like Sanctions Screening, AB&C assessment, Reputation Check
Support ongoing monitoring activities through the evaluation of different questionnaires for insurance coverage, HR Management, Subcontractor reliance, corporate responsibilities, Exit Strategy etc.
Third-party onboarding activities
Documenting termination plans and off boarding of third parties etc.
Perform quality control reviews for third-party risk management activities and provide credible challenges to accountable / responsible parties
Monitor progress on agreed upon third-party remediation activities and escalate issues as necessary
Liaise with Third Party Officers (TPOs) and Business Activity Owners (BAOs) to provide guidance on policy compliance and overall third-party risk management requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in multinational / shared service environment
Advanced written and spoken English - French, Turkish, Italian is an advantage.
Accuracy, attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines
Communication skills - able to use various communication channels, shape their message in understandable and appropriate manner
