We’re seeking a Key Account Manager, based in our Brussels office . In this role, you will be responsible for driving key client strategy to ensure the business provides a leading service to several key accounts in Benelux. You will drive new business / achievement of discreet targets and proactively manage clients with a key focus of driving incremental revenue (upsell and upside) opportunities.

  • Managing day to day account management activities for theaccounts.

  • Executing tactical and strategic plans to enhance customerprofitability, producing all key segments and objectives agreed.

  • Lead towards business opportunities that increase volume, volumeshare and revenue.

  • Develop strong relationships between Western Union and thesecustomers.

  • Implement customer solutions that improve revenue generation andenhance mutual profitability.

  • Develop strong internal relationships within Western Union toenable the accounts to achieve their business goals and differentiateWestern Union from the competitors.

  • Leverage all Western Union brand properties and productmanagement resource to deliver exceptional customer value.

  • Driving all administrative and operational issue for the entitleaccounts.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong analytical skills (e.g., financial forecasting,competitive analysis)

  • Excellent presentation skills, written and oral (French or Dutch& English)

  • Results-oriented and customer-focused

  • Strong track record in Sales / Business Development /Relationship Management.

  • Ability to understand and execute on key operational aspects, andattentive to details

  • Solid problem solving, analytic capabilities and business acumen

  • Strong Selling Skills with ability to initiate, pursue and closea sale, as well as good influencing and negotiation skills

  • Team-player with hands-on attitude, strong collaborations skills
