Come join us and #BeCode42This is a uniqueopportunity to be a part of building a nationwide channel program, byrecruiting security-focused resellers, onboarding and then enabling them toproduce pipeline. This role will be working across all Code42 Sales team toenable business through our premier security resellers.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Identify and develop new reseller relationships for Code42.Ability to collaborate with territory based sales teams to qualify, developand manage a robust pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual goals for net newbusinessDevelop compelling business value propositions that encourage resellers toinvest in promoting Code42Leverage and develop new/existing Channel relationships with SalesExecutives, Partner Marketing, Security Leaders, Solution Architects .and.Managers, or other Channel Market Influencers to maximize revenue andidentify net new opportunitiesDevelop and implement a strategic business plan with key partners to maximizethe growth opportunity and facilitate greater market acceptance of Code42Provide primary management level contact for designated channel partners andensure that quality standards are set and met. These standards include revenuetargets, reporting requirements, and technical expertise/certificationsin the Direct Market Reseller, Distribution Partner and/or MSP communityManage channel account managers, funded heads or dedicated partner resourceson daily activities, prioritization of tasks and performance toplan/identified objectivesEnsure partner representation at relevant internal forums and appropriateevents e.g. user groups, tradeshows etcSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work well in a team environment, especially with otherdepartments to ensure partner and customer satisfactionYou bring a minimum of 8+ years of channel sales experience, sellingenterprise solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations for a securityvendor or a reseller partnerYou have and can illustrate experience working within teams to drive revenuethrough partnerships, alliances and channel programs for a security softwareor SAAS companyYou obtain the ability to expand the scope of an opportunity at a strategicand tactical level and galvanize the appropriate resources to executesuccessfullyYou demonstrate strong ethics, leadership, integrity, and the passion tosucceed in a challenging but rewarding environmentYou can exhibit effective planning and cross-group collaboration skillsrequired to successfully build and maintain a robust channel infrastructureYou have the ability to travel as opportunity requires (50%)You have a proven track record of managing complex sales situations throughresellers and other partner types with substantial success establishing acomprehensive indirect channel; meeting/exceeding sales goalsCode42 is an Equal opportunity Employer, M/F/Disability/Veteran.
