Senior Functional ERP Consultant

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Ø Primary contact / dedicated consultant for multiple premium NetSuite clients in EMEA region.

Ø Experienced ERP system user / administrator with capability to act as customer’s advisor / advocate.

Ø Has detailed understanding of business / financial processes of assigned NetSuite clients and is capable to connect it with functionality of NetSuite ERP system.

Ø Acts proactively and helps NetSuite clients to find new optimized ERP solutions to run their business effectively.

Ø Co-operates with technical consultants while delivering customized ERP solutions to NetSuite clients.

Ø Building a long-term relationship and finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is the top priority.

Qualifications/Skills:

Ø Master’s degree in Economics or Management Information Systems or at least 3 years of equivalent working experience

Ø Good understanding or hands-on experience with accounting / business processes

Ø Excellent communication in English (verbal, written)

Ø Quick learner, proactive, driven

Ø Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude

Ø Willingness to travel on very occasional basis

Ø Working experience with ERP systems or ERP implementation is an advantage

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

To develop and manage the Oracle Support relationship with a designated large account, or small number of medium accounts, throughout the engagement and to maximize the customers’ use of Support Services, drive high degree of satisfaction and referenceability, and to protect and enhance Support revenue streams.

Represent the customer as a single point of contact within Oracle. Manage the contract, or delivery engagement as defined by Oracle Service Support (OSS). Develop and maintain relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties. Plan and deploy Support activities to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints. Advise the account on the effective and efficient way to use Oracle support services and products, tools, systems, interfaces and procedures. Assure and improve the quality of the service, and maintain accurate account information. Assist in the renewal of Support contracts, and contribute to pre-sales activities. Communicate opportunities for customers to engage with Oracle such as technical events and business seminars.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role.
