We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and goal-oriented Account Manager of Property & Casualty to join our client-focused team.
Enscoe Long Insurance Group, LLC (ELIG) is a client-driven boutique agency providing customized insurance solutions in employee benefits and property casualty. We deliver cost-effective, high-quality products and services to create and protect long-term sustainability for each client we serve.
Deliver outstanding and time-sensitive customer service as part of a team by serving as a trusted business partner, subject matter expert, liaison between clients and carriers, and creative problem solver.
Work with Account Executive and producers to develop insurance quotes and proposals for renewals and new business.
Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage needs.
Review and compare policies to identify and address coverage gaps in order to reduce risk.
Establish and maintain dependable relationships with carriers, vendors, producers and other business partners.
Report claims and follow up if necessary.
Invoicing for agency billed accounts. Follow up on payments as needed.
Process customer policy change requests, policy endorsements, cancellations and audits as needed.
Attend client, community, educational and professional networking events as a representative of our company.
Maintain a current knowledge of industry legislation and compliance issues including, but not limited to, Property, General Liability, Workers? Compensation, Auto, Umbrella coverage and others.
Review contracts to ensure accurate insurance language.
Issue ID cards, COIs, EOPs, binders and other documentation.
Bachelors? degree in business or related area preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in P&C customer service preferred.
P&C Insurance License (PA) required.
