Kelly Services Vendor Management Team Lead, $20/hour, Direct Hire in Bridgeport, West Virginia

Vendor Management Team Lead

Direct hire opportunity with Kelly Services (working on-site at customer location), offering medical, dental, 401k, vision, paid time off and performance reviews.

$20/hour, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Core Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and Manage the team’s planning, coordinating and operations.\t

  • Manage all parts routed to Vendor from Shipping to the Vendor to Receiving back at PWES to include ensuring that ESD is met, and quotes are received/entered/aligned with Historical data.\t

  • PO Creation for all Parts routed to Vendor.\t

  • Drop Ship PO Process for all Parts routed to PWCS.\t

  • PO Creation to PWCS.\t

  • Drop Ship PO Creation once PO is received from PWCS.\t

  • Meet Engine Cycle 2 Clearance Date.\t

  • Ensure no Engines in PH2\t

  • Process exchanges for Parts that will not meet Cycle 2 Clearance Date.\t

  • Work with PWCS on Exchange Options and coordinate with QA on Exchange Cert Reviews.\t

  • Exchange PO Creation.\t

  • RIAL Form Creation.\t

  • Order Exchange Unit.\t

  • Shop Notification to call up Exchange.\t

  • Vendor Notification to release part to PWCS.\t

  • Maintain USG Property Identification/Management Process.\t

  • Coordinate with Detail Inspection on Work Instructions for each part routed to Vendor.\t

  • Coordinate with Vendor on any questions/discrepancy of work requested.\t

  • Maintain SharePoint (Escalation) Issues.\t

  • Coordinate with EM’s on Sub-Contract Pricing and Customer Inquiries on work requirements and/or discrepancies.\t

  • Maintain Parts Status on Production Assembly Engine Tags Board.\t

  • Update Vendor Report daily with newly opened PO’s and Received PO’s from the previous day.\t

  • Action Supplements pertaining to Vendor Parts

Desired work experience:


  • Able to lead a team.\t

  • Highly organized and able to set priorities based on production needs.\t

  • Ability to multi-task and work in Fast Paced Environment with changing priorities.\t

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired education:


  • Associate’s Degree
