The Senior Talent Management Professional develops, implements, and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs in a combination of disciplines such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning. The Senior Talent Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Talent Management Professional job is aimed at designing, developing, and executing tools and programs that clarify the skills and talent required for Humana's future business priorities, while helping associates accelerate their career progression through focused skill-building experiences.
Complete job analyses and curate content to support career pathing strategies
Build organizational capability to achieve business strategies by enhancing the organizations effectiveness and performance
Consult with internal business stakeholders to match organizational needs with the appropriate solutions
Plan, manage and execute on multiple complex projects simultaneously with high flexibility/agility
Lead cross-functional groups in launching internal products and services, large-scale program development
Rethink Routine to leverage existing technology
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of technical experience
Demonstrated experience in career development, talent management, workforce development and/or learning
Demonstrated skills in leadership and influence
Previous consulting experience with proven abilities in relationship building and critical thinking
Comfortable working collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
Strong digital and technology acumen
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent organization and process definition/management skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Master’s Degree in related field
Workforce design and planning experience
Knowledge of Humana’s internal policies, procedures and systems
Instructional design experience
Desired certifications: PHR or SPHR and PMP
Vendor management and/or procurement experience
