Humana Senior HR Technical Professional – Sales Compensation in Brentwood, Tennessee
The Senior HR Technical Professional – Sales Compensation performs ongoing administration of technical platforms within HR Sales Compensation. The Senior Sales Compensation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of technical situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior HR Technical Professional will be responsible for successful consulting and delivery through active technical consulting, client management, solution design, delivery oversight, and budget monitoring. The associate will transform business requirements into viable technical solutions using established design patterns. In addition, the technical professional will:
Plan and conduct project kickoff meetings; define project scope; facilitate technical/operational requirements; lead platform intakes, develop logical and physical designs; identify deliverables; track/manage deliverables to successful completion; communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders; provide leadership to cross-functional project teams, and maintain project documentation
Develop technical designs, oversee development, manage releases and participate in connectivity testing
Participate in client / stakeholder meetings and presentations to set expectations and to manage responsibilities, requirements, issues and initiatives
Leverage internal tools to build detailed project cost estimates, identify critical assumptions and risks, and develop level of efforts for new opportunities
Provide reporting needs to business areas as requested
7-10 years of experience in software development and architecture with a minimum of 4 years in cloud native applications and integrations.
4 years of design and delivery experience in cloud native application and integration technologies including design and delivery experience leveraging Cloud Platforms, preferably Callidus.
5 years of experience engaging and partnering with cross functional teams and leading deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
