This Summer 2019 Internship will be a 12-week internship starting on May 13, 2019 and ending on August 2, 2019. Working at our Store Support Center in Brentwood, Tennessee, as an intern, you will work alongside TSC professionals in a variety of areas of Human Resources and Store Operations to make a real impact on our business. You will have the opportunity to work on projects in the department, get exposure to day-to-day operations and have a successful and meaningful internship.

Projects you will be working on will include:
Ensuring all JD’s are in newest template and loading into the TMS system.
Pull data and work with consulting firm on results. Analyze data to ensure pay equity within our organization.
Work with compensation team to analyze store monthly bonus program and assist in determining new program options, costs, etc.
Review the competitiveness of store pay relative to the market and make recommendations to address pay issues
Field of Study:
Human Resources, Business or Finance preferred
Junior or Senior
Other Skills/Knowledge Desired (not required) :
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Strong communication skills
