Why is this role critical?
The Business Development Analyst is a part of a high performing team responsible for enabling the organization’s growth across all lines of business; Health Plan (“HP”) and Value-Based Care offerings (Accountable Care Organization “ACO” and Bundle Payment for Care Improvement (“BPCI”). The Analyst supports all business development activities, ranging from operational reporting & analysis, financial modeling and pricing, to the creation of executive level deliverables. This position also plays a role in supporting the organization’s execution of the go-to-market strategy for new service offerings.
What you will be accountable for…
Assist senior leaders and business development associates throughout the sales cycle of new deals by creating deliverables such as; market analysis, savings and financial analysis, and presentations to articulate naviHealth’s value.
Create opportunity assessments for developing relationships with prospective provider partners within BPCI and ACO segments.
Support sales executives and business development associates to create custom offerings to meet our customers’ needs.
Maintain and create market and industry intelligence addressing competitive and regulatory changes.
Develop strategic insights though data analysis from various data sources for the purpose of maintaining the addressable market to better inform go-to-market sales strategies.
Collaborate with associates to transform data and metrics into executive presentation materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align targeted campaigns to sales strategy.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
What you will need to be successful in this role…
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required
0 – 2 years of healthcare experience
Experience or knowledge in equity research, corporate or investment banking, or management consulting
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to convey detailed and complicated messages to varied audiences
Strong problem solving, excel, and quantitative skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks/demands simultaneously
Independent thinker and ability to work autonomously
