CYREN Regional Sales Director TIS in Bracknell, United States

Responsibilities

Through gaining a full understanding of the client’s requirements and business issues you will work on projects providing a range of Cyren solution sets and gain commitment from senior level decision makers. You will be able to identify how new technologies and market trends within the given customer base will affect their business and influence decisions within the account.

You will need to be able to work with internal technical and commercial decision makers for them to understand the value of Cyrens Threat intelligent services.

You will Work closely with our partners and their clients to position Cyren’s extensive portfolio of solutions to a successful close. Senior level engagement is expected within the account base.

Essential Functions

  • To represent Cyren in a geographically defined territory or a set list of accounts and be responsible for expanding sales to existing accounts and building new business opportunities from a list of target customer accounts.

  • To manage the sales process from discovery through negotiation and closing.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain sales forecasts.

  • Formulate New Business strategies and implement tactical plans to achieve the assigned Quota.

  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with senior executives across functional areas within the client base.

  • Gain knowledge and insight to Customer's business priorities and challenges and propose Cyrens solutions to address these needs.

  • Educate prospects and customers regarding Cyrens Threat Intelligence Service Portfolio.

  • Identify key decision makers and the customer’s budgetary process

  • Work closely with Sales Engineering and Product Management to develop quotes/proposals;

  • Communicate concepts to technical and non-technical key client decision makers.

  • Managing and driving new business development

  • New Business (revenue) generation via a named set of accounts and a list of development accounts

  • Growth of Products as well as Services Revenues from the named account set.

  • Accountable for positioning and driving Cyrens Solutions to prospects.

  • Responsible for finding new decision makers from within the account/prospect base

  • Measured by 8 / 10 client meetings a week with an annual quota of around $2.0m (TBD).

Requirements

  • Ability to grow and scale upward within the company.

  • At least 5 years of either direct sales, enterprise sales and/or channel sales experience within OEMs and ISPs in the DACH market.

  • Relevant software industry experience in internet security, IT systems, and/or infrastructure technology.

  • Comfortable engaging with C-Level executives and Product Management teams (internally and externally).

  • Verifiable and consistent overachievement of annual sales targets resulting in the close of six- and seven-figure SaaS/software licensing/services deals.

  • Knowledge of prospects and customers in the defined territory/market.

  • Strong executive presence and polish.

  • Accuracy with sales forecasting.

  • Exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills.

  • Thrives in dynamic global ecosystem.

  • Extensive use of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Education:

  • Education: College degree in business desirable, equal professional experience acceptable.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct solution sales, at least 2 of which selling new business, with proven record exceeding quota. Channel sales experience desirable. Preference for Networking/Computer Security market.
