CYREN Lead Development Representative DACH in Bracknell, United States

Position Overview:

The Lead Development Representative for DACH will contact and educate targeted business personnel about the benefits of CYREN’s web, email and/or anti-malware technology and help build a robust sales pipeline through traditional marketing and sales channels – via both warm and cold prospecting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform timely outbound calls and lead follow up as defined by management

  • Qualify and process generated leads; find decision makers within an organization to establish relationships

  • Work independently to build a strong pipeline

  • Consistently achieve and strive to exceed monthly quota, engaging with large organisations across the DACH region

  • Assist the field sales team by initiating contact with target individuals to identify new opportunities, schedule qualified meetings and drive the sales process

  • Cultivate a strong partnership with the regional sales team and marketing lead generators to sustain key performance metrics and revenue targets

  • Support worldwide marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing with outbound activity

  • Be able to report on key metrics and performance indicators at quarterly sales meetings with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in business development, lead generation and/or inside sales related to business-to-business technology, or similarly complex products or solutions

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and similar sales tools (e.g. SalesLoft, LinkedIn SN)

  • Must be ready to make a significant number of phone calls per day

  • Deal effectively with people and communicate clearly – both verbal and written

  • Technologically savvy and inquisitive; able to keep up with market and industry trends

  • Self-motivated to maintain high performance in the face of adversity

  • Strong time/task management skills to accomplish pre-determined goals/quotas

  • Strong team player with ability to work independently

Other:

  • German and English – fluency with both oral & written communication is a must

  • Additional languages are an advantage
