Role: Order Entry ContractorDuration: 3-4 monthsDescription: Order entry for Customer Care department in a medical device company. Primary responsibility will be to enter orders quickly and accurately. Additionally, this role will answer respond (via email) to order and shipping status inquiries.ResponsibilitiesEnter client orders with accuracyHandle shipping, tracking and delivery inquiries via emailResearch and resolve order related concernsOther duties as assignedRequirements and Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in order entry or help deskHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends40+ WPMKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Accurate and fast data entry skillsExcellent written communication skillsKnowledge of order entry process, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, etc.and.hellip;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBasic Microsoft Office Suite skillsSelf-starter who works independently and is self-motivatedMaintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situationsFollows all procedures as detailed in documentation and work instructionsExperience using Epicor (ERP) and Freshdesk (Customer Service ticketing) a plusFluent in either French or Dutch a big plus but not requiredVolt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
