KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Technician to join ourpractice.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with various engagement team members providing support that includes but is not limited to billing, time and expense reporting, coordinating and booking training, Continuing Professional Education and independence compliance, developing presentations, arranging meetings and catering, booking travel, correspondence, and telephone assistance

  • Provide assistance with market development opportunities including research and helping to ensure timely input of appropriate information in database

  • Provide assistance with electronic files and organization of same

  • Interact and liaise with client personnel at various levels

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of prior work experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Strong organizational and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Access and Excel

  • Ability to assume and perform multiple tasks concurrently, from various management members in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work overtime as needed
