Job SummaryDevelops and maintains long-term relationships with a defined customer base to retain a high level of satisfaction, drive individual liability (IL) activations, and increase revenues. Typically interfaces with key points of contacts. Responsible for a limited number of key/strategic clients. Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key decision makers and influencers at a select group of major customer accounts. Works with a defined set of Enterprise customers to meet revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per customer, and by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies. May help develop colleagues' understanding; may be recognized as an expert in one area. May serve as team lead. Plans account approach and manages own resources.Drives business sales with quota responsibilityWill work with either Public Sector or EnterpriseDriving is an essential function of the job. Applicants must have a valid driver's license (may not be learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license) and three consecutive years of active driving history immediately preceding the application that meets Sprint’s driver standards. This information will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report. Applicants must also successfully complete driver's safety training and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines. Many positions are eligible for a company car based upon mileage and territory.
