Accenture Interactive Digital Marketing Services professionals help our clients achieve increased operational efficiency and effectiveness for direct marketing communications. In addition, our professionals design marketing programs that help our clients achieve their acquisition, growth and retention objectives across B2C, B2B and B2B2C business models. These technologies typically include campaign management, lead and/or loyalty management, content management, and data management solutions.
As a Senior Data Developer, you understand distributed systems backed by RDBMS, NoSQL and other purpose-built data stores. You should be skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements and possess knowledge of best practices regarding relational databases.

Key Responsibilities

Create, develop and maintain data warehouses. Create and maintain referential integrity, domain integrity and column integrity by using available options such as constraints, etc. Create, maintain, manage MS SQL database Management, including creating and maintaining Maintenance Plans, monitoring SQL Server Logs and configuring and maintaining Database Mail. Create, maintain, manage MS SQL database SQL Server Agent, including creating Jobs, Alerts, Operators, etc. Create, maintain, manage MS SSIS including designing, developing and deploying SSIS packages. Manage common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc. Work with all levels of development from analysis through implementation and support. Interact with report developers to establish/clarify their requirements and develop views, procedures, etc. in response to their needs. Assist with maintenance of Business Objects Enterprise Server. Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems required Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in software and database technology Experience with any Relational Database (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) Knowledge of replication, multi-tenancy, indexing and partitioning techniques with the database of your choice Experience in performance tuning and query optimization (indexing techniques, schema optimization) Strong SQL programming and relational data modeling knowledge Expertise in working with large data files in CSV, text or other common formats Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology and operations focusing on execution of marketing on behalf of the Client Understanding of integrated marketing and customer data as it relates to targeting, segmentation, test/control design, and campaign analytics Understanding of marketing operations, processes, business requirements Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Expert in MySQL, ideally operating on AWS RDS Fluency in scripting language (shell scripting / Python etc) Knowledge of cloud provisioning technologies such as TerraForm or CloudFormation Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra or Neptune/Janus Experience with RDS Aurora Expertise with AWS S3 in production environments Document and/or column-family store data modeling knowledge Optimizing data ingestion services and chunking/streaming techniques in cloud environments Relational, Graph and other Multi-Model Databases Experience with reporting platforms such as BIRT, SSRS, Crystal Reports or Pentaho WHERE YOU LIVE: Philadelphia
