Clearwater Analytics Sales Coordinator in Boise, Idaho

Position Details

This individual will support all needs of the Insurance Market within our Sales Department. A strong candidate possesses mature judgment and commits to building a strong knowledge of the organization to balance business priorities, individual team needs, and company policies. There are two main functions to the position: administrative and support.

Responsibilities

› Manage the business affairs and activities of the Insurance Sales Director(s)

› Prepare meeting minutes and track action items for follow-up

› Prepare presentations, proposals, reports and other documents as requested

› Coordinate and book travel for department team members

› Assist with the organization and planning of meetings and events within the department

› Reconcile and submit expense reports

› Exercise mature judgment to balance business priorities and team needs

› Act as a liaison between various departments to com

Requirements

› Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

› 2+ years of Administrative or professional business coordination experience

› Expert-level verbal and written communication skills

› Highly proficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

› Professional and mature demeanor; ability to work with a variety of personality types

› Exceptional organizational and time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

› Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and ability to meet deadlines

› Bright, high energy individual, with a passion to learn and contribute

› Financial markets understanding preferred (or the desire to learn)
