Right now, we're looking to hire a Client Service Associate for our Property & Casualty team. As a Client Service Associate you will be responsible for handling and processing documents on behalf of LSG’s clients, directly impacting the timeliness and accuracy of commercial or personal lines coverage. The role also has shared responsibility for nurturing strong, collaborative relationships between the internal account team, clients, and carriers. This role requires proven ability to manage deadlines and meet quality standards with accuracy and consistent attention to detail. It also requires the use of critical thinking to solve problems and make business-appropriate decisions consistent with LSG processes and best practices.
We'll be looking for you to bring at least a high school diploma along with one to three years of experience in the commercial insurance industry. Additionally, you’ll possess a professional and personable demeanor, a strong customer-centric focus, the ability to effectively and clearly communicate both verbally and in writing, a solid attention to the details, a high degree of accuracy in your work product, and the ability to work at a fast yet well-organized pace.
