We also have 10 meeting rooms and Amala Spa & Club for wellness/beauty treatments a pool and gym.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers and contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

Working within theFront Office team, you will ensure maximum guest satisfaction and adhere to the standards required by the hotel. Some of your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out of the hotel, cash handling and dealing with guest's queries both face to face and over the telephone. You will ensure a quick and efficient response to guests’ requirements and will update guest information in the computerised system in a timely manner.

Hours of work will be on a shift rota basis, depending upon business needs, but shifts are generally from 7am - 3pm or 3pm -11pm.

Qualifications:
You will have excellent IT and communication skills. As an organised, outgoing individual you will not be fazed by the diverse and challenging situations that you will deal with.

Working under pressure, you will be able to act quickly in response to changing guest demands and requirements.

Previous customer service experience is essential. Applicants must have GCSE Grade C or above in English and Math’s or equivalent. A Diploma / qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management would be advantageous.
