The Coordinator will assist in the development, execution, quality control and reporting of marketing and distribution channels.
Set up, implement and report progress and final results of offers and promotions
Assist as a liaison between Live Nation and various distribution channels while maintaining positive relationships
Perform data entry and update records
Assist with marketing and promotion proposals for shows including national tours
Research unique promotional methods, new distribution channels and ways to improve efficiency of processes
Run ad-hoc reports as needed
Provide excellent service via E-mail and phone
Resolve issues that arise and follow up on them
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
BS/BA Degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing or related field
Preferred: 2+ years of experience working in the concert industry
Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Must be punctual, organized and detail oriented
Ability to work in fast paced environment while understanding and accomplishing multiple tasks quickly with exceptional work ethic
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Proactive team player with a positive attitude and ability to execute programs
