The Role:

The Coordinator will assist in the development, execution, quality control and reporting of marketing and distribution channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, implement and report progress and final results of offers and promotions

  • Assist as a liaison between Live Nation and various distribution channels while maintaining positive relationships

  • Perform data entry and update records

  • Assist with marketing and promotion proposals for shows including national tours

  • Research unique promotional methods, new distribution channels and ways to improve efficiency of processes

  • Run ad-hoc reports as needed

  • Provide excellent service via E-mail and phone

  • Resolve issues that arise and follow up on them

  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing or related field

  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience working in the concert industry

  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

  • Must be punctual, organized and detail oriented

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment while understanding and accomplishing multiple tasks quickly with exceptional work ethic

  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills

  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude and ability to execute programs
