The Role:

The Sr. Recruiter will be a partner to our employment population across the US Concerts division and help identify, attract, engage and hire top talent throughout all business functions, with a heavy emphasis on Finance/Accounting roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Unit Leaders to develop an understanding of hiring nuances of the business.

  • With the assistance of our Recruiting Coordinator, responsible for full life cycle sourcing and recruiting - all hiring manager communication, job description preparation/posting, submission of candidates, relationship management, issue resolution, setting process/procedural expectations, coordinating new hire setup/logistics, etc.

  • Develop sourcing strategies that maximize the qualified candidate pool.

  • Research, contact and develop relationships with local Universities and Professional groups to further promote Live Nation Entertainment.

  • Be a subject matter expert in recruitment by providing recruiting data and metrics to US Concerts HR team; identifying niche positions, compensation practices and hard to fill roles in order to set up pipeline and/or overall strategy.

  • Manage other special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years experience in full cycle recruiting with an emphasis in Finance preferred

  • Demonstrated ability in building talent pipelines through LinkedIn recruiter and other methods

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills a must

  • Strong influential, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly resourceful, creative, collaborative, motivated and driven

  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast paced culture

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Advanced knowledge of Internet, especially search functionality on job sites

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
