We make use of leading-edge software and tools to collect, mine and interpret data and the statistical analyses and reports we produce inform decisions with a global impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Supply Chain business partners to deep dive on biz performance; deliver presentations/ assessments of these areas.

  • Create and maintain various tools and models in order to report and facilitate decision making on biz performance.

  • Provide executive decks for updates on projects/ adhocs.

  • Partner with regional counterpart in all aspects of Supply Chain and profitability

  • Create automated processes for delivery of any regular reporting work.

  • Provide Adhoc analysis and any data pulls required to support the segment.

  • Own customer interface (communication, delivery, quality, value proposition, escalations); Takes ownership for quality of work deliverables and process adherence with guidance.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years’ work experience in Business Intelligence with past experience in High Tech industries

  • Business understanding, situational leadership, People skills

  • Overall Reporting and BI Experience

  • Communication skills (also Project Communications skills)

  • Scale, adaptation, critical thinking, Proactive impact analysis, attitude

  • Strategic acumen

  • Planning, risk and change management

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.

  • Attention to detail and maintaining high quality standards is a must.

  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI / Tableau or strong ability to conceptualize and develop tools with data analysts

  • Experience driving data warehouse strategy as well as working with big data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
