Faithlife UX Designer in Bellingham, Washington

The UX Designer is responsible for translating product definitions into visual interaction specification documents.

  • Create sketches, wireframes, mockups, application maps, and prototypes for variety of contexts, operating systems, and devices

  • Translate product definition documents into functional, elegant, awesome, and intuitive user experiences

  • Advocate for the perspective of the user in all design work

  • Champion user-centered, accessible, and usable design solutions

  • Optimize designs to maximize user success

  • Provide solid rationale for designs

  • Work with executives, product owners, leads, development, and designers on all facets of a product’s design

  • Share knowledge with teammates and be excited to lead less experienced designers


Major Requirements

  • Demonstrated skills (in your portfolio and interview) in the Major Responsibilities listed above

  • Proficiency in Sketch, InVision (or other prototyping apps), Zeplin and/or other current design tools

  • Experience with UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Material, Milligram, etc)

  • Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
