Our Human Resources department is growing and we are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator with excellent customer service skills and a focus on teamwork to join our team. Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator will include : Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained Managing workflow of resumes and applications Coordinating the entire hiring process Participating in interviews Onboarding all new hires, including conducting new employee orientations Following up with management to ensure all steps in the onboarding process are being completed on time Responding to all employee questions promptly and with great customer service Answering questions regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures to employees and members of management Working with management and trainers to ensure training is scheduled and completed on time Regularly reviewing the training application and following up on training that is not assigned, completed and past due Examining personnel files to answer inquiries and providing information for personnel actions Conducting background investigations and reference checks Job Requirements: Three to five years of Human Resources experience Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook Strong interpersonal skills Organized Detail oriented Ability to meet deadlines Team oriented Ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent written and oral communication skills PHR certification preferred Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical and dental insurance Progressive premium coverage on dependent medical/dental insurance based on years of service Employer-paid long-term disability, AD&D and life insurance Optional short-term disability, dependent life insurance and AFLAC Flexible Spending Account Paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan Employee discount To be considered, please email your resume and cover letter to hr@grizzly.com or click the “Apply Now” button.
