Main Purpose of JobAll aspects of managing small, medium-sized and/or large projectsAll aspects of managing medium-sized accountsManagement of all types of localization projects including doc, software, firmware, web, help and multimedia with a need for applied methodology, process and planning •Achieving repeat business and annual growth from managed clientsWorking with sales towards the winning and development of new businessDeputizing for Senior Project Managers and aboveMain DutiesAnalysis and preparation of estimates and proposals for existing and potential clientsProject set-up and implementation of best methodology and processPreparation and maintenance of all internal and external project and account documentation, including status reports, schedules, process documents and reportsEffective verbal and written communication with team members, freelancers, local offices and clientsHosting and leading conference calls and meetings with existing and potential clientsHolding project team meetings and calls, and compiling and distributing minutesLiaison with clients on all project-related issues, including the process, progress and financial status of their projectsEnsuring responsiveness to clientsStorage, filing and archiving of all project-related materialsClose financial monitoring of projects by accurate and timely completion of budgets, invoicing and change ordersImplementation of Universal Language Service processesRisk assessment and strategic planning to minimize potential issuesEarly escalation of issues and concernsMonitoring and mentoring of assigned Project Coordinators / AssociatesIdentification of project process improvements and implementation or escalation of suchEffective time managementMaintaining an awareness of industry developmentsPerformance CriteriaClient satisfactionNew and repeat business obtainedApproach to management of projects including methodology, team management and quality of deliverablesBudgetary figures
