Kforce Channel Marketing Project Manager in Bellevue, Washington

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Channel Marketing Project Manager in Bellevue, Washington (WA).Core Job Accountabilities:

  • The Channel Marketing Project Manager is responsible for working on a cross-functional project team supporting the capability and business groups

  • The cross-functional team is represented by all areas of channel marketing and retail services ensuring that we are providing a complete customer experience across all channels

  • Accountable for on time, on budget quality delivery of project as outlined in the strategy

  • Project types range in short-term, long-term, and reoccurring with varying degrees of complexity

  • Must be able to look for efficiencies, yet still achieve success

  • Reconcile project costs to budget

  • Ensure costs charged to the project are appropriate, complete, categorized properly & tracked (capital and expense)

Cross- functional leadership and facilitation:

  • Responsible for overall quality project development and delivery by working with both internal and external capabilities, and vendor/other partners

  • Facilitate team kickoff meetings to align teams, as required

  • Utilize organizational agility skills to ensure all sponsors and affected leadership is aligned

  • Responsible for identifying required cross-functional team members for holding them accountable to their functional role

  • Must have general understanding of all phases of retail marketing (online, in-store, field labor, education, demo)

  • Must be able to create partnerships; lead and influence at a sponsorship level and peer level

Project Management

  • Influencing without authority

  • Ability to create strong customer relationships with cross-functional teams and leadership

  • Must be able to create & lead all aspects of project planning including key milestones & deliverables, creation of sustain plan, evaluation of project results

  • Hold cross functional teams accountable and "govern" all teams responsible for project deliverables, timelines, and meeting customer and retail needs

  • Aptitude for working with retail to understand wins and opportunities pertaining to project deployment, sustainment, and customer experience

  • Comfortable in managing conflict and removing roadblocks to ensure the best possible outcomes for our store employees and customers

  • Ability to apply experience to continuously improve process and tools relating to project development and delivery

  • Strong organizational skills are required
