PRO Sports Club Assistant Spa Manager of Operations in Bellevue, Washington

The award-winning Spa and Salon at Pro Club is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager of Operations. The assistant Spa Manager of Operations will work alongside the Spa Director and Spa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa, ensuring that all procedures run smoothly and efficiently in all aspects relating to the Massage and Esthetic services.

Compensation: Salary - $45,000/year.

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

The Assistant Spa Manager of Operations shares responsibility for the success of the Spa. All responsibilities are performed with enthusiasm and professionalism. The day to day life of this Cast Member will vary greatly. Here is a brief summary of the responsibilities for the Assistant Spa Manager of Operations:

  • Oversees operation of all Massage and Esthetic service providers and acts as the first point of contact for all provider issues, feedback and concerns

  • Process payroll and supplementals for Massage and Esthetic providers

  • Assists in recruiting, interviewing and selecting cast members to fill positions (primarily massage therapist and esthetician candidates)

  • Works in conjunction with Spa Manager to complete Massage and Esthetic provider reviews in a timely manner

  • Provides on-boarding and off-boarding for all Massage and Esthetics providers.

  • Leads Massage and Esthetic departmental meetings

  • Assist in developing yearly educational calendar for Massage Therapists and Estheticians

  • Manages all Esthetic and Massage provider components of human resource reports, deadlines, renewals, time off requests, and audits including but not limited to benefit management, hours and license expirations, correction notices, leave of absences and separations

  • Available for Massage and Esthetic provider goal setting as requested, and at minimum once per quarter

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Two or more years’ experience in management and/or spa environment (preferred)

  • Three or more years in customer service

  • Self-Driven and highly organized

  • Customer Service focused

  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills
