Volvo Group Executive Assistant in Beijing, China

Key Responsibilities

  • Take care of the office schedule arrangement, travel plans and administration

  • Be responsible for the administration and meeting minutes

  • Support in the data collection for presentation & reports

  • Prepare presentations as required

  • Filter routine matters to appropriate parties and follow up to ensure proper disposition.

  • Assist in the high level visits and activities internally and externally.

  • Effectively utilize all the assistants within VCIC when team efforts are required in projects and events.

  • Perform other duties assigned

Main competence requirements

  • Excellent oral & written English & Chinese

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good at multi-tasking in a fast-moving working environment

  • Good at time management and stress-handling

  • Detail and result oriented, broad-based administration skill needed

  • High level event planning and execution experience

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office, in particular MS Powerpoint, Outlook and Word
